I take a guess at a Melatron an early kind of synthesizer. Mo played one as did Paul McCartney and others of the same era.

I’m beyond annoyed and exasperated, to see how poorly (for not saying ‘’ NOT AT ALL ‘’) How Maurice is ignored or even haven’t a close up in those vids..! Especially on the 2 nd vid…! Everyone at least is once on camera (Alan Kendall, and even the back ups ) But.! NO MAURICE at all..! The man was the gorgeousest of the 4 Gibbs, and a GIGANTIC musician. He was the G’s sound ! Facts ! It’s was a voluntary choice 🤔🤔 (for sure not coming from Maurice..!💔) it makes me sad, very sad..! Maurice had everything..! Just shameful..! 🙏💔🕊️😭🇬🇧💎

It's so ironic that the version outside in NY had glimpses of the twin towers in the background and while the twins were singing and now both are gone. But no matter what Robin owned this song .😢

The very first time I heard I'll never find another you when i was a secondary school student. I heard it from a portable transistor radio at home on a Monday. It was from a BBC program called British or UK Top 20s on a SW band (Short Wave). The program was on every Monday then.

Andy felt like he didn't deserve because of his legendary brothers, he didn't think he was good enough personally even though he definitely was a good singer, he started his career so young in the industry, fame, money, women, drugs all at his finger tips, bad recipe for longevity and success to a young mind. Even though ppl loved him, I think he had a hard time truly loving himself. Rip Andy.

I expect it is when he was working and his wife and children were at home in England. At least Molly's children went to school in England not sure about Robin John. Dwina had her work in England too.

I wonder if it was Mo whistling or his brother. Robin was a beautiful whistler and was caught, whistling like a bird into a microphone, on camera. I believe it was before a concert.

They were fandabadozie and we danced all night!... I was 15 at the time of this hit. They were fabulous; they were British and we were proud of them a real from rags to riches story and they always remained humble. They moved to Miami for better recording deals and to save being ruined by tax but they were better than the Beetles any given day. Many critics called them a Disco band but if you explore their 1000+ written songs and all their recorded catalogue from 1960 to 2001 you will find they were much more!

I love this song so much! It's just so beautiful! All four performances of it were absolutely amazing! I know I've seen the first one where they're outside a few times before. And, I may have seen the other three before as well, but I don't remember for sure if I have or not. What Barry and Robin had to say about writing songs in that interview was so good - definitely a title nugget of wisdom! I hope you enjoy your time off and have a great vacation! Maybe I'm seeing a little different, I think he was gone too much and too involved with other things to notice that she needed him to be there for her. And now he realizes what he lost thru inattention to her.
